These terms govern access to the Searchin5 website, merchant search widgets and Shortlist by Shopin5 shopping discovery experience.

Shortlist provides shopping discovery across participating merchants and access to their full search experiences. Its discovery catalogue contains a capped selection chosen using Shopify best-selling ordering or manual merchant curation. It does not represent every product or every merchant. Purchases, payments, delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds are handled by the merchant on its own website, under that merchant’s terms. Shortlist tools cannot place orders or issue refunds.
Catalogue data is refreshed periodically and may be stale. Sold-out products can appear in Shortlist. Search matches and generated descriptions may be imperfect. Confirm the current product, price, currency, availability and policies on the merchant website before purchasing. Inclusion in Shortlist does not guarantee product quality, merchant ownership or country of origin.
You may use this website to learn about Searchin5, explore demonstration stores and submit a genuine business enquiry. You must not interfere with the site, probe its security, automate abusive traffic or use it unlawfully.
Featured merchants are operated separately from Searchin5. Product, policy, review and availability information can change and should be confirmed with the relevant merchant. Searchin5 does not operate the featured stores.
Submitting a store URL does not authorise Searchin5 or In5 Labs to access, install software on or modify that store. Any future integration will require a separate discussion and permission from an authorised store representative.
Searchin5, its website design, software and original content belong to In5 Labs or its licensors. Featured store names and marks belong to their respective owners. Limited personal evaluation does not transfer any intellectual-property rights.
The website and demonstrations are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that generated answers will always be complete or error-free. Nothing on this page is professional, legal or financial advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, In5 Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. We may change or discontinue features and update these terms as the product evolves.
